Jerry Spurgers is an Air Force veteran , and he served nearly 24 years as an FBI Agent. His speciality was violent crime, and he also spent most of his career serving on the Little Rock Field Office’s forensic team as a collateral duty. In this capacity, he oversaw the processing of numerous crime scenes, ranging from bank burglaries to death investigations. He also responded to an Egyptian Airliner crash in New England in 1999, the Staten Island Landfill following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and to New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. Jerry also taught crime scene classes in Arkansas and El Salvador.
Jerry currently resides in Central Arkansas, and serves as the Sergeant at Arms for the Arkansas House of Representatives. In his free time, you’ll find him fishing, riding horses, and spending time with his family.
